Pavlova dessert:
150 g whites (about 4 big whites)
200 g icing sugar
flat spoon potato flour
2 teaspoons vinegar
whipped cream, fruits, mint leaves for the decoration
Whip the whites until it becomes a rigid foam, at the end of whipping gradually add sugar, add flour and vinegar.
Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius degrees, decrease the temperature to 120 degrees. Insert the whipped whites to the oven and bake around 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave it till the meringue cools. Add whipped cream and fruits on the top.
Blueberry Muffins
It usually takes me 20 minutes to make muffins, they are easiest to bake.
300 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
80 g brown sugar
150 g fresh blueberries
1 egg
180 ml buttermilk
125 ml oil
Put dry ingredients in one dish and all of the wet ingredients in another. Combine contents of both dishes using a mixer. Add blueberries and mix in carefully. Put dough into the cupcake tins . Bake around 25 minutes at the temperature of 190 Celsius degrees.
