When summer comes and it is really hot outside I really don’t like to eat anything heavy. The perfect dinner for me would be vermicelli!
Delicious and refreshing with pieces of fresh cucumber, lettuce, carrots, shrimps, chilli, these ingredients blend to add a balance of sweetness and spiciness. This is a great meal that is filling but not heavy for your stomach.
Most importantly is that this meal is extremely easy to make :)
